Enzo Maresca delivered some great news in today’s press conference, confirming that not only is Cole Palmer back in training, but he’s fit enough for selection and perhaps even fit enough to start this weekend against Arsenal.
Palmer of course may not quite be 100 per cent fit after such a long time out, but he’s been training all week, so if his toe and his groin cooperate, he could be ready to make the difference against the league-leaders.

Maresca talked about finding the right “balance” but maybe we can just make Arsenal worry about doing that as we take the game to them — presumably they won’t approach the game in the same gung-ho fashion as Barcelona did on Tuesday.
It’s second versus first and a chance to announce our intentions in a title race.
Choose wisely.
