Denver Broncos general manager George Paton is on quite a run.
Dating back to the 2024 offseason, the Broncos have given contract extensions to 11 key players: seven on defense, four on offense and one on special teams.

Jones and Malcolm Roach. The team also has wide receiver Courtland Sutton, left tackle Garett Bolles, center Luke Wattenberg and guard Quinn Meinerz signed through the duration of quarterback Bo Nix's rookie contract.

With Nix secured through at least the 2027 season (and possibly the 2028 season if his fifth-year option is picked up), the Broncos have a QB on a team-friendly deal surrounded by talent. That's a recipe for success in the NFL, and Denver now has a clear window to contend for a Super Bowl.
