Weekend BP: What were your favorite home runs of the 2025 season?

Good morning, baseball fans!

We hope you had a great Thanksgiving! Today, I wanted to see what everyone’s favorite home runs of the San Francisco Giants’ 2025 season were.

Personally, I feel as though we were blessed with an abundance of my absolute favorite type of home run this season. Grand slams against the Los Angeles Dodgers.

First up, we have Casey Schmitt’s TWO grand slams against the Los Angeles Dodgers in back-to-back games back on June 13th and 14th. This was the first of the two, against eventual World Series hero Yoshinobu Yamamoto. You truly, truly love to see it. And you love to see it happen again the next day.

And then there was Patrick Bailey’s walk-off grand slam against the Dodgers in extra innings on September 12th. The only way that story gets any better is if it’s in the playoffs. Otherwise you can’t write it any better than that.
