Kansas City Chiefs head coach Andy Reid spoke with reporters during his postgame press conference and provided injury updates for multiple players after the Week 13 loss to the Dallas Cowboys.

"Had a couple of injuries. Bryan Cook sprained his right ankle. Jawaan Taylor hurt his tricep, Josh Simmons hurt his wrist, so I'll have to see how those things are going to recover. My hat goes off to the Cowboys," said Reid, "They did a nice job, and they battled through. I'm proud of our guys for battling through. Some of the things that were going on, I don't always agree with things on my end, but that's alright. Things happen, and you've got to fight through it."

The Chiefs were already without right guard Trey Smith to start Week 13, and are now facing the prospect of being without more starters for the immediate future.

"Listen, we go to next man up and try to make it work. Our pass game was a little off. He had to move around quite a little bit," said Reid, "But the guys battled, they did the best they could. That's a good defensive front. We were just off timing a little bit, but Pat still made some great plays."

The Chiefs are still on the outside of the playoff picture after their latest loss, casting serious doubt on their chances of returning to the postseason.
